Professional Assessment
- Initial Power Usage Review
- We start by reviewing your electricity bills to identify suitable energy applications and recommend adjustments or upgrades to your power setup.
- Proposal Based on Actual Demand
- Using full-year high-voltage usage data, our software analyzes and suggests the most optimal system specs tailored to your operations.
- Maximizing Business Value
- We offer customized specs and financial plans based on your goals for behind-the-meter storage and available budget.
- Advanced Power Diagnostics & Monitoring
- For deeper insights, we can install long-term monitoring devices on-site to assess real-time usage—supporting both storage planning and broader energy optimization.

20' liquid-Cooled All-in-One Design
- Modular full-container setup integrating PCS, BAT, BMS, GPC, and FFS for fast installation and easy deployment
- Advanced battery and PCS topology with one-to-one management; faulty branches auto-isolate while others stay operational
- Battery modules feature active balancing BMS and UL9540A thermal runaway design to equalize cell capacity and reduce fire risk
- All-in-One storage container certified to UL9540 and compliant with U.S. NFPA 855 fire safety standards.

Space Requirements for BTM Storage
- 1.6MW / 3.0MWh liquid-cooled system; estimated footprint based on modular 20' container design
- Land must be designated for industrial use.
- Site planning must consider fire safety water access, cable routing space, and personnel movement.
- A fenced perimeter is required to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
- Minimum 3-meter clearance between the storage container and nearby buildings or equipment (green zone)
- TR/MOF/high- and low-voltage panels must maintain a 3-meter distance from the container (red zone)
- A 3-meter buffer zone is required to separate the facility from external traffic routes (yellow zone)
- Horizontal single-container installation requires approximately 180 m² of space

Distributed PCS Management for Safe Output

- Each branch operates independently for secure control
- If one branch fails, others continue running without affecting service quality
- Modular battery cabinets and PCS units support hot-swappable replacement for quick fault recovery
Energy Storage Fire Safety Design

System fires are the result—true prevention starts at the source.
Proactive measures are key to minimizing control and recovery costs.
Fire Risk Management & Anti-Propagation Protection
- Tested to UL9540A standards at cell, module, and cabinet levels to contain fire spread within a safe, controllable area
- All-in-One storage container certified to UL9540 and NFPA 855, exceeding industry standards to significantly reduce fire risk
